Integrated Planning

Pima Community College (PCC) engages in integrated strategic planning, aligning academic, facilities, enrollment and diversity objectives with the overarching College Strategic Plan. The planning process directly links to budget processes.

College Strategic Plan

Following a comprehensive review of the mission of the College, PCC has developed a new Strategic Plan that runs from July 2021 through June 2025.

As part of the plan, we have established two institutional goals. They are ambitious and reflect our commitment to increasing the educational attainment of residents in our community.

During Fall 2021, plan implementation began. Find the Strategic Portfolio Status here.

Please provide your input!

PCC's Strategic Planning Team and Social Justice Team have developed new priorities for PCC for the period July 2024 through June 2026, to extend our existing Strategic Plan by one year. The priorities are captured in our draft Strategic Plan.
